Dedication Ceremony for AGREM 1670 AM - November 14, 2015
On November 14, 2015, the AGREM Traveler's Information Station was placed into service during a formal dedication ceremony. The 2015 AGREM Board presided over the event were the 2015 AGREM Board members. Attending were representatives from local municipalities, the Chester County Department of Emergency Services, the Avon Grove School District, and two local businesses: South Eastern Chester County Refuse Association and FreCom. Each representative was presented with a recognition plaque for their support to AGREM in making the station possible.
The family of Michael "Mike" Predmore was also present in recognition of Mike's years of service to AGREM, our community, and his drive to bring the concept of AGREM 1670 into a sustainable service. Mike's family triggered the first broadcast messages over AGREM 1670 which included a special introduction acknowledging Mike's dedication to the project.
